BRENTWOOD, NH The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Lynn Ann Eaton, 57, of Folly Mill Terrance in Seabrook on two counts of theft by deception and two counts of accomplice theft by deception, all felonies. She was accused of selecting merchandise from Home Goods in Seabrook and returning it for store credit on Dec. 26, 2016, and Feb. 6, 2017, and working in concert with another to steal items from Home Goods in Seabrook on Dec. 28, 2016, and Feb. 8, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
Boston Magistrates Court.
ASSAULT
Bethany Clark, 20, of Hive Close, Boston. At Boston, on April 9, 2020, committed assault. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. £100 compensation to pay. At Boston, on the same date, assaulted an emergency worker, namely a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker. Community order made, as above. £50 compensation to pay. £85 costs.
Scott Norman, 31, of Frampton Lane, Boston. At Frampton Fen, on January 21, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made. £22 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
DRINK DRIVING
Darryl Marchant, 46, of Acacia Avenue, Spalding. At Gosberton, in Gosberton Bank, on September 25, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 105 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 15 days. £95 victim surchar
