Apr 30, 2021 A prayer event for the 70th annual National Day of Prayer will be held at noon Thursday, May 6, at Legion Park, North Juniata Street, Hollidaysburg. The event will be a drive-in meeting, however, attendees may stand or sit outside of their vehicle as long as CDC guidelines are observed. The theme this year is “Lord, Pour Out Your Love, Life and Liberty,” based on 2 Corinthians 3:17. Dr. Bill Shade, Bible teacher, evangelist and conference speaker, will offer the keynote message. Local pastors from various denominations and government leaders will also participate in this nondenominational prayer service.
