The victim was transported to Mount Sinai, where he was pronounced dead.

Dwayne Palmer was last seen about 6:30 a.m. Sunday in the 4500 block of West Jackson Boulevard, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. Palmer, who may appear confused or disoriented, is 5-foot-6, 240 pounds, with brown eyes, gray hair, and has a medium-brown complexion, police said.
