Chicago police are searching for a 13-year-old boy who was reported missing Tuesday from Little Village on the Southwest Side.
Jesus “Chucho” Sanchez was last seen in the 2800 block of South Millard Avenue, police said.
He is known to hang out at La Villita Park near 27th and Whipple streets, and in the Gage Park area, on Troy Street and Albany Avenue between 51st and 59th streets, police said.
He also recently started spending time near 30th Street and Trumbull Avenue, police said.
Sanchez is 5-foot-8, 200 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair, police said.

A 16-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting Tuesday in Lawndale on the West Side.
The teen was walking down the street about 5:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of South St. Louis Avenue when he heard shots, Chicago police said.
He was struck in the shoulder and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.

A 20-year-old man has been reported missing from Austin on the West Side.
Javohn “Vohn” Banks was last seen Monday in the 4900 block of West Augusta Boulevard, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. He is known to frequent near the 7100 block of South Wentworth Avenue.
Banks is 6 feet, 175 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and has a medium-brown complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a light-blue hooded sweatshirt, dark-blue jogging pants, and white Nike sneakers.

Chicago police are warning of a pair of armed robberies reported in Little Village on the Southwest Side.
In each incident a man walked into a store, flashed a gun, and demanded money from the register, Chicago police said in a community alert.
The robberies happened about 3 p.m. April 29 in the 4000 block of West 31st Street and about 3:45 p.m. April 29 in the 3200 block of South Ridgewat Avenue, police said.
