Turner sets office hours in Worden, Carlinville

SPRINGFIELD Office staff for State Sen. Doris Turner, D-Springfield, held their first traveling office hour this week to launch a program she intends to make permanent.
“Traveling office hours are a great opportunity to talk with a member of my staff in a town near you about any problems or questions you may have,” Turner said. “It’s my top priority to serve as a resource for all of you to ensure community needs are met.”
Traveling office hours will include the first and third Wednesdays of the month, 9 a.m. to noon, in the Carlinville City Hall Council Chambers, 550 N. Broad St., Carlinville. They also will include the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, 1-4 p.m., in the Worden Village Hall, 115 W. Wall St., Worden.
