A teenage boy sustained life-threatening injuries when he was hit by a car at Glynde, in Adelaide s east, on Tuesday evening.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Shirley Avenue and Payneham Road after the 15-year-old boy was hit by a car just before 6:00pm.
The boy was taken to the Women s and Children s Hospital, in a critical condition.
The driver, a 25-year-old woman from Hectorville, was taken to Modbury Hospital with minor injuries.
