Part Time Fixed Term (0.5FTE until 31/08/2023) Closing Date:  Monday 02 August 2021 Interview Date:   To be confirmed Reference:  1418421LG The REACH Initiative is an exciting new regional scheme aimed at building capacity across our Early Career Researcher (ECR) and aspirant Chief Investigators (CI) community in the Wessex region.  It is part of the Incubator programme, operating under the auspices of the NIHR Academy.  With funding by the NIHR Academy Research Capacity Development Group to support the administration of the initiative, the research assistant/research fellow will support the initiative to increase the number of ECRs and CIs across the region.   The initiative will help drive the development of locally-led portfolios of high-quality NIHR research, engaging stakeholders to develop mechanisms to support career development at a regional level and promote access to NIHR fellowships across a range of different disciplines and professional groups.
