This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Used Car Sales Team. Â your responsibilities will be:
To Maintain rigorous control of costs
To Supervise Sales Executives and co-ordinate sales activity in the team
Provide training and guidance to the sales team to help improve their performance
Compiling and agreeing deals
Maintaining showroom and stock management
Providing a 5 Star customer experience which in turn leads to referrals and loyalty

You need to have at least 2 years experience in a retail car dealership, strong on communication and developing a team, you also need to be pro-active especially with digital forecourt.
