Crumbl Cookies coming to Mandarin | Jax Daily Record | Jacksonville Daily Record

A second Crumbl Cookies store is planned in Jacksonville. The first area location for the national cookies and ice cream company will open in Pablo Creek Plaza East. The city is reviewing a permit application for a second one in Mandarin Oaks. Franchise owner Sharmain Powell wants to open the 1,455-square-foot Mandarin store at 11406 San Jose Blvd., No. 3. Sharmain Powell The permit application shows tenant improvements of $192,440 to the space. It lists Sharmain Sweets Inc. of St. Augustine as the business owner. Powell said by email April 8 she hopes to open in June. She said she owns the franchise for that location and would like to open at least two more.
