Tecno Mobile, a Transsion Holding company, has today launched Tecno Camon 16 Premier smartphone in India. The phone is priced at Rs 16999 for its sole 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage variant.
Tecno Camon 16 Premier will be available from Flipkart as well as offline retail outlets across India starting January 16. It comes in Glacier Silver colour.

Coming to the specifications, the smartphone features a 6.85-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2460 x 1080 pixels along with 20.5:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 480 nits brightness, 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio and HDR10+. Tecno Camon 16 Premier has launched in India as the latest smartphone offering from the company. The phone was launched in Kenya first, and it s now arrived in the Indian market. Tecno Camon 16 Premier comes with a dual selfie camera setup, headlined by a 48-megapixel main shooter. On the back, the handset has quad cameras and a 4,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Tecno Camon 16 Premier features a large 6.9-inch full-HD+ display and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Tecno Mobiles just launched Tecno Camon 16 Premier, the company’s latest top-end smartphone in India. It has a 6.85-inch FHD+ Dual punch-hole screen with a 48-megapixel camera along with an 8-megapixel ultra wide-camera, comes with 90Hz refresh rate and has 90% screen-to-body ratio. The phone is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G90T SoC with Multi-dimensional Liquid Cooling Technology.
It packs 8GB of RAM, runs Android 10 with HiOS, has a 64-megapixel rear camera with five LED flash, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 2-megapixel sensor for portrait shots and 2MP 2.5cm macro camera. It has Super Night 2.0 powered by TAIVOS (TECNO AI Vision Optimisation Solution) technology. Straight out of its popular camera-centric CAMON smartphone series now comes TECNO CAMON 16 Premier, a smartphone that is touted to be a game-changer in its category with unprecedented premium camera capabilities.
Priced at Rs 16,999, TECNO CAMON 16 Premier with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, is available in Glacier Silver colour.
The sale will start from January 16 on Flipkart as well as offline retail outlets across pan-India, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
