WBGZ Radio 4/21/2021 | By Jason White - WBGZ Radio The Madison County Board on Wednesday approved a zoning change for the Farm Fresh store at 740 E. Airline Drive in Rosewood Heights. The owner, SSM Dairy Corp., sought the change from residential zoning to B-5, planned business district, to add packaged liquor to the store’s offerings. County Board member Mick Madison (R-Bethalto), chairman of the Planning and Zoning Committee, said he believes the zoning change is a reasonable request.
