FutureBrand Australia supports World Youth Skills Day

FutureBrand Australia has announced that it will be taking part in the World Youth Skills Day initiative.
The announcement:
Young people from around the world will be able to engage in one-to-one conversations with FutureBrand Australia team members to find out what it’s like to work in a branding company and what they need to do to pursue a career in the creative industries. It’s part of a global initiative involving FutureBrand team members all over the world in support of World Youth Skills Day (WYSD).
FutureBrand Australia CEO Rich Curtis, General Manager Christina Kokkinakis and Brand Experience Director Stephen Barber are taking part in the initiative alongside their colleagues from FutureBrand’s global family of companies: FutureBrand, customer experience design business UXUS and digital design agency Hugo & Cat.

FutureBrand Australia has made a raft of internal promotions to newly-created roles off the back of significant growth over the past year.
Christina Kokkinakis has been promoted from group account director to general manager, while strategy director Victoria Berry now takes on the new role of head of strategy.
Meanwhile, account manager Emma Waterman moves into a strategist role and Peter Borg has been promoted from senior designer to become design director.
The four promotions come just a year on from the one-year mark since Rich Curtis bought FutureBrand from the Interpublic Group.

Guide Dogs Australia has revealed its refreshed brand, introducing one logo and aesthetic for all of the charity’s communications and touch points to strengthen its national presence.
The new branding, created by FutureBrand, has been developed to better reflect how the organisation’s services have evolved over time, providing support to people with low vision and blindness beyond the use of guide dogs.
The strategic idea behind the branding is ‘find your way’, reflecting that each person’s experience is different and the services they choose to support them are flexible.
