Jowai (Meghalaya) [India], March 10 (ANI): The South Bengal Frontier of the Border Security Force (BSF) has handed over two Bangladeshi nationals to Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) as a goodwill gesture during a flag meeting on Tuesday, a statement said on Wednesday.
The Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended on March 8 by BSF when they had crossed the International Border inadvertently. The Bangladeshi nationals were identified as Ahsan Habib Raju and Sandip Das. Both are residents of village Vishnupur, Kanaighat district, BSF said.
BSF handed over the Bangladeshi nationals along with all recovered items to BGB after medical examination on proper receipt. (ANI)

New Delhi [India], March 9 (ANI): An Indian farmer was on Monday thrashed by two Bangladeshi nationals after he tried to stop them from fishing in the Indian territory, a Border Security Force (BSF) official has informed.
The matter will be raised by the BSF in the upcoming flag meeting with Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) of Bangladesh.
According to the BSF sources, On March 8, an Indian farmer in Dangapara, Murshidabad of West Bengal went for cultivation ahead of fencing. He observed that some Bangladeshi nationals were fishing from his pond near the international border when he objected and asked Bangladeshi civilians to stop fishing and go back to Bangladeshi, they did not pay any heed and thrashed him badly and also tried to push him into the pond.

The Delhi Police has arrested three Bangladeshi nationals in a dacoity case, officials said on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Mohammad Khairul alias Arman, 46, Mohammad Sadiq Seikh, 29 and Montu Mulla, 30, they said.
The accused are wanted in a case of dacoity in Ghaziabad s Kavi Nagar and 18 other cases of burglary in Delhi-NCR, police said.
Police have arrested four Bangladeshi nationals from Agartala airport for illegally crossing the Indo-Bangla international border. The accused on Saturday produced before the court. Police remanded them to seven days in police custody.
The four individuals had reportedly crossed the Indo-Bangla international border in Tripura illegally and were on their way to Mumbai when the police intercepted them.The accused are identified as Kawsar Hossain (40), Dilwar Basir Uddin (65), Mohammad Mizanur Rahman (48) and Mizanur Rahman Milon (19).
The accused were using someone else’s Aadhaar card, PAN card to enter the airport. while checking in the officials at the Agartala airport grew suspicious and checked their names and addresses. The officials found that they had entered India from Bangladesh without any valid documents.Airport authorities handed them over to the police.
