Fee-dodging drivers using a hospital are avoiding an NHS car park and taking up on-street spaces that residents have to pay for.
The designated car park at Buckland Hospital in Dover is often so empty youngsters are using it as a football pitch.
Parking on Coombe Valley Road. It is not known whether these vehicles belong to residents or hospital visitors
But across the road, a section of residents parking bays are full up because hospital users are using them for free.

The winner of ITV s hit show The Masked Singer has been unveiled as Kent-born star Joss Stone.
Tonight s final saw three contestants, each of them concealed in elaborate costumes that hid their identity, attempting to win audience votes.

Robin, Badger and Sausage, the final three of 12 celebrities, competed for the number one spot, singing in front of judges and a socially distanced audience.
First to be eliminated was Robin, who was revealed to be Aston Merrigold of boy band JLS.

Residents say they will live in a goldfish bowl if a planned prison-like block of flats towers over their houses.
They say, with the traffic it would generate, it is too close to a danger junction where a woman was killed just over three years ago.
