NOIDA: Work on constructing another link road between Noida and Greater Noida, which had been stuck for almost a year, has been revived. The road, which will pass through sectors 145 and 146 in Noida will connect to Knowledge Park III on the other side of the Hindon river.
The Noida and Greater Noida authorities will share the cost of the project. While they have already constructed four-lane roads up to the river, work on building the bridge and the approach roads on either sides is pending. The two authorities now need to construct 2.5km of the remaining road in total, which includes the bridge.
