Based on a series that Millar and Frank Quitely started in 2014,
Jupiter’s Legacy is a generational story about superheroes in a team called the Union, who debuted shortly after the stock market crash of 1929, and their various offspring in modern times. There was also a spinoff,
Mike Wade on season one, episode two of Jupiter s Legacy.

Flashbacks featured throughout season one showed how Sheldon Sampson (Josh Duhamel) assembled a group of six total people to travel with him to a mysterious island that he saw in visions. Among the six people were Fitz (Mike Wade), who worked at the mill owned by Chester Sampson with his father named Willie.
Scenes from the present-day showed that Fitz is now retired and in a wheelchair while his daughter, Petra (Tenika Davis ), has taken on the mantle of The Flare II.
It s likely that Fitz may have been injured while on a mission, but it s never addressed on season one. It was alluded to during a conversation between Fitz and Petra, when he said he was worried she d get hurt bad like he did in the field.
Molinare has taken on Darren Rae as head creative of production services.
Rae has 25+ years of experience as a colourist and dailies colourist on features and drama, and in this newly created role, will build on his reputation to develop the production services division. Specifically, he will focus on new areas of business that feed into Molinare’s existing post-production services.
Rae’s first role in the industry was grading dailies from 16mm and 35mm film at Todd AO. His CV includes positions as head of grading at Pinewood Digital. Rae joins Molinare from Harbor, where he was senior colourist, supervising dailies.
