Nev Kemp, deputy chief constable with Surrey Police, was subjected to a misconduct investigation after it emerged he was involved in a relationship with married sergeant, Rachael Johnson.
Their affair was reportedly uncovered when a conversation between the pair was picked up by a doorbell camera and seen by Sergeant Johnson s husband.
