Wicked Local The Zoning Board of Appeals in Belmont approved a special permit for Watertown residents Zohreh Beheshti and Babak Shams Asef to open Cafe Vanak at the former Seta s Cafe location, 271 Belmont St. The couple will also be opening a market, Super Vanak, right next door at 273-275 Belmont St. where Integrity Tax and Ashford Realty were formerly located. Originally from Iran, Beheshti came to America 25 years ago and four years ago opened a market in Watertown which specializes in Persian food. Vanak is a city in Iran, well known for its history, she said. We have customers coming from five different states, New York, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We have really special food from everywhere, said Beheshti.
