Stuart, Florida An illegal alien from Guatemala was recently arrested for violently raping an 82-year-old Florida woman.
20-year-old Marvin Ailon-Mendoza entered the elderly womans condo, used binding equipment to tie the victims hands and violently raped her for 45 minutes.
The victim told police that she was awakened in her Hidden Harbor Estates senior community home by a masked intruder around 3 AM last week and then he raped her.
