Craig Priddy, a partner in the ownership group, said his team has hired a preservationist to restore and preserve as much of the roughly 2,600-square-foot building as possible while also saving memorabilia within the store. They are considering a restaurant there with a small museum component to highlight Hauck’s rich history.
