Maxwell Ward, 28, pleaded guilty to all six counts in his indictment, including second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, in the June 20 death of 41-year-old Oksana Zakharchyshyn.
Ward was checking his cellphone when he left the Empire Boulevard roadway in Webster and hit Zakharchyshyn, who walking to a neighboring business to get frozen custard with her family.
