TRENTON – Over 100 leaders in government, the private sector, and labor from across the state expressed their support for the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020, which will be voted on in the Legislature on Monday:

TRENTON – Today, 40 leaders from across the state expressed their support for the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020, which will be voted on in the Legislature on Monday. Today’s announcement builds upon 34 New Jersey leaders issuing support for the package yesterday, bringing the total to 77 supporters, including the Governor, Senate President, and Speaker:

TRENTON – In a press release issued by Governor Phil Murphy s office, leaders from across the state expressed their support for the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020, which will be voted on in the Legislature on Monday.
Today’s announcement builds upon 34 New Jersey leaders issuing support for the package yesterday, bringing the total to 77 supporters, including the Governor, Senate President, and Speaker, said the release.
Mayor Angie Devanney showed her support of the legislation and was quoted along with other County and Municipal Officials. “I am excited by the possibilities of programs such as Main Street recovery Finance Program as Berkeley Heights businesses are still reeling from the pandemic. Newark Museum of Art is donating 10K masks, will display most creative designs

The Newark Museum of Art is asking residents to get in touch with their inner artist by creating their own design on masks it is distributing to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.
The museum will distribute 10,000 free masks on Monday to Newark residents across all five wards. Residents are asked to take a photo of their mask design and submit it to the museum on Instagram using the hashtags #MaskUpNewark and #NewarkMuseumMask.
The museum will feature the designs on social media and a few photo submissions may even be wind up on display at the museum when it reopens to visitors again. The museum pushed back its reopening date and is scheduled to open its doors again in early 2021.
