NEVADA Despite COVID-19 restrictions and wintery weather, people in the Nevada area will still have an opportunity to participate in a little holiday cheer.
The first annual Nevada Lodge No. 99 Christmas Light Contest recently kicked off. A total of nine houses have been decorated with the public asked to cast their votes for the winning display. Voting is being conducted exclusively online until midnight Christmas Eve.
Junior Warden Josh Vaughn said the competition was free for folks to enter, and there is no cost to the public. The winner will receive a cash prize.
