The ACLJ is officially suing the Biden Administration. This Administration has not been responsive to our FOIA requests in any capacity. We just filed a FOIA lawsuit pertaining to the Biden Administration using aborted babies’ body parts for experimentation. It’s hard to even put that into words.
As we told you, the Biden Administration’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) continues to fund this disgusting experimentation with your tax dollars. The Trump Administration took steps to curtail this practice; but within the first 100 days of taking office, President Biden has brought this horrific practice back.
This is the devastating reality of how your tax dollars are being spent. And it’s unpalatable.
Civic group files ethics complaint against town planner Jeff Murphree, Riverhead’s building and planning administrator, is currently working as a consultant for a project in Riverside, which is part of Southampton Town. (Credit: Tim Gannon)
The Flanders, Riverside and Northampton Community Association has filed an ethics complaint in Riverhead Town seeking an opinion on Riverhead’s building and planning administrator, who appeared as a consultant before the Southampton Town Planning Board on a project proposed for the Riverside traffic circle.
“We feel that Riverhead’s planning director, Jeff Murphree, has betrayed the public trust by serving as an officer of the town and concurrently serving as a paid planning expert for the developer of the proposed 7-Eleven and mega 12-pump gas station at 9-11 Flanders Road,” FRNCA president Vince Taldone wrote in an email to association members.

Council’s divisions were also highlighted during the discussion of the Council potentially returning to in-person meetings when Councilor Ken Camera would not return to in-person meetings without a police presence or other safety precautions being taken at those sessions.

THE University of Cape Town has recently announced it will be launching a scholarship in the name of #RhodesMustFall and the inaugural lecture that accompanies the launch is set to be on Friday, April 9, for public viewing through Microsoft Teams.
While every effort is worth celebrating when it comes to making education accessible, this disingenuous development as part of UCTâs liberal public branding leaves more than a sour taste in the mouth: it buries a painful history of struggle, erases those who paid with their bodies and mental health and invites the right-coloured reverend to preach atop the grave of the movement through Emeritus Professor Ndebele.
