In a statement, the DA said Deliver-E , which was officially launched on December 14, is a modernized marketing process connecting food producers to consumers. This was developed in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry, the private sector, farm cooperatives, and the United States Agency for International Development. Aside from establishing a direct connection, the system also eliminates the need for middle men, who also contribute to higher prices being offered in traditional markets.
