The family of one of two men killed during a north Queensland home invasion more than two years ago, say they are disappointed the man who stabbed the pair will not have to give evidence in person at an inquest.
The pair were searching for Candice Locke, who was injured, and had sought refuge in the 19-year-old s home, before a fight broke out between Mr Webber and the men.
