German PV manufacturer SOLARWATT is gearing up for UK growth with the appointment Trevor Treleven as technical support and sales engineer.
Treleven is to work with UK sales manager Neal Goddard to provide expert technical support and advice to the company’s installer and partner network throughout the UK and Ireland.
It comes as SOLARWATT has seen “exponential growth” in its sale numbers, with the appointment another step in “fulling our ambitious goals and gaining market share”, according to Goddard.
The company is looking to quadruple its 2020 figures, having achieved 100% growth compared to the previous year. This comes after the company outlined plans in 2019 to step up its presence in the UK solar and storage markets with a raft of new initiatives designed at leveraging how “receptive” the UK is to energy storage. The plans would see Winchelsea School operate a satellite offering at Somerford Primary School in Draper Road A PRIMARY school in Christchurch is set to become a larger satellite site to increase special educational needs and disability spaces across the conurbation. BCP Council chiefs are being asked to sign off on plans to allow Poole-based Winchelsea School to provide up to 60 key stage one and two places at Somerford Primary School. The project involving the Draper Road site is one part of a programme being carried out to add SEND places in the BCP area. A report to the local authority’s cabinet says Somerford Primary School currently hosts the 24-place Woodford satellite of Linwood School.
