MIDLAND, Texas A crash at the intersection of A Street and Neely Avenue has traffic headed southbound down to a single lane, according to a City of Midland spokesperson.
Traffic headed westbound is being diverted to the west side.
One person involved in the accident was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
