38-year-old man charged with child pornography denied bail by 20210705 A 38-year-old man was de­nied bail when he ap­peared be­fore Mag­is­trate Aden Stroude at the Siparia Mag­is­trates’ Court to­day charged with sex­u­al as­sault. The ac­cused was charged with three of­fences – one count of sex­u­al touch­ing, one count of per­mit­ting a child to make child pornog­ra­phy, and one count of be­ing in pos­ses­sion and con­trol of child pornog­ra­phy.
