NEW DELHI: There is total non-compliance by Twitter with the new Information Technology Rules of India, the Delhi high court said on Wednesday, wondering what the technology company wants to do does it want to comply or not? The HC said the way Twitter has been conveying its stand was unacceptable and warned the platform it was making it worse for itself in the proceedings before court. I am not happy with this affidavit. You are not using the word ‘interim’ but are now using the word ‘contingent’. In fact, it sounds much worse. Appointment has been done from a third-party contractor, Justice Rekha Palli observed after examining the reply filed by Twitter Inc in which it referred to its new chief compliance officer (CCO) and resident grievance officer (RGO) as a contingent worker .
