A VOICE recognition expert is to examine conversations secretly recorded in an anti-drugs operation targeting the South East Antrim UDA, the High Court heard today.
Prosecutors said the analyst will study taped discussions and coded language allegedly used by men charged in connection with a major cocaine seizure.
Police also plan to use a private company to scrutinise telephone evidence from more than 40 devices recovered during the investigation.
Details emerged as bail was refused to a bar manager accused of being a senior figure in the organised crime gang behind the plot.
