Police said he had refused to comply with the rules and had left his home despite being told to self-isolate. According to videos and statements made on his Facebook page, Parhar is a supporter of the flat Earth movement and critic of COVID regulations. He tagged himself with other flat Earth activists in South Carolina, U.S., shortly before his arrest.
