It has been a monumental few years for Elder Island, one of the most exciting bands to emerge from Bristol in recent memory.
After releasing their debut album in February 2019, they embarked on a worldwide tour, selling out venues everywhere they went - from London s Roundhouse to the Bowery Ballroom in New York, sandwiched by a triumphant homecoming show at Bristol s Marble Factory.
Singer Katy Sargent, bassist and beat-maker Luke Thornton and guitarist and synth wizard David Havard never imagined in their wildest dreams that music would become their full-time job when they started playing together casually while studying art courses in Bristol six years ago, but their beautiful genre-blending sound has earned them a burgeoning global fanbase.
