Three arrested in Indore for Remdesivir black marketing ANI | Updated: Apr 19, 2021 02:10 IST
Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], April 19 (ANI): Indore Police on Sunday arrested a nurse of a private hospital and her two associates over black marketing of COVID-19 drug Remdesivir.
Two injections were recovered from them, out of which one was found to be fake.
The arrested persons have been identified as Kavita Chauhan (nurse in Indore s Barod hospital), Shubham Parmar, and Bhupendra Parmar. The police laid a trap by sending a person as a customer and caught Kavita red-handed while dealing an injection for Rs 35 thousand, said Amrita Singh Chauhan, Station In-Charge, Rajendra Nagar.
Five dead, seven hospitalised after consuming illicit liquor in UP s Bulandshahr
According to the police, over a dozen people had consumed illicit liquor on Thursday night here following which four people died at night.

LUCKNOW: At least five persons have died and seven hospitalised after consuming spurious liquor in Jeetgarhi village under Sinkandarbagh police station area in Bulandshahr district on western UP.
Four of the seven admitted in hospital are said to be critical, the police said on Friday.
