ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, a nationally recognized real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in retail property sales, announced today that the firm has arranged the sale of Alpharetta Commons, a 94,500-square-foot, 98.7%-occupied shopping center anchored by Publix Super Markets in the Alpharetta/Roswell submarket in the Atlanta metro area. The sale price was $24.6 million.

JOHNS CREEK, Ga. â Police investigated a burglary attempt at Salon 141 on April 2. Police said a prowler attempted to pry their way into the hair parlor along State Bridge Road overnight.
The salon owner showed up to work and her key didnât work. She noticed pry marks at the front entrance, but told officers there were no signs suspects made entry into the shop.
When a locksmith let the owner in, she confirmed that nothing was missing or out of place.
JOHNS CREEK, Ga. â Johns Creek is making plans for improvements along one of the most traveled arteries in the city, Medlock Bridge Road.
Although traffic counts vary along the corridor, about 50,000 vehicles travel the road daily. Because the corridor is prone to traffic congestion, especially at the intersections, it was identified as a TSPLOST Tier 1 project with an improvement budget of $10 million.
Five intersections have been identified for improvement, at Abbotts Bridge Road / Ga. 120; at Bell Road; at Skyway Drive; at McGinnis Ferry Road; and at Johns Creek Parkway.
The improvements, which are overall estimated at around $8.6 million, are designed to add capacity to the intersections through restriping or lane additions.
