Despite the rumors that came some time earlier regarding Huawei s possible spinoff at its consumer business, the company is reportedly still pushing on ahead with a brand new flagship phone. The new phone, a foldable one, is expected to arrive later this month.

According to the official Huawei Weibo account, it was said that the Chinese brand s upcoming next foldable phone will simply be called the Huawei Mate X2. The official unveiling will be on February 22 and an article by Engadget is titled that the phone will launch on February 22.
