VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce “For the Love of Local” campaign started on February 6th and on March 11th a total of one million dollars was sold to individuals in the greater community.
Chamber Executive Director Kay Vinje said it’s amazing to have one million dollars in chamber bucks circulating in the community supporting area businesses.
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Area Chamber’s “For the Love of Local” campaign encourages everyone to purchase chamber bucks.
Chamber Executive Director Kay Vinje said for every dollar you purchase in Chamber Bucks, starting in fifty dollar increments up to $500, you will be given an additional 25 percent on top of your total purchase.
Vinje said the promotion is a way to help boost our economy and strengthen Valley City businesses. Each person has an opportunity to purchase a maximum of $500. “For the Love of Local” Chamber Buck can be purchased in the Rosebud Visitor Center Monday-Friday.
