Nishinippon City Bank To Offer Loans To LGBT Couples
The Nishi-Nippon City Bank announced plans to offer mortgage loans to LGBTQ clients from August 2. Couples can qualify for purchasing loans based on their combined incomes by submitting certificates of local partnership programs. Those who live in municipalities without a partnership program can also use the system by informing with a paper document.

Nishinippon City Bank Using Electric Kickboards
The Nishi-Nippon City Bank (NCB) announced its sales staff would use the Mobby e-scooter sharing service on sales calls. NCB will introduce parking spaces for electric kickboards at two of its branches in Chuo Ward of Fukuoka City and allow sales staff at the Yakuin Branch to ride them to their clients. It is the first case for a local company to use electric kickboards for business use.

(JR Kyushu) announced on Jan. 27 that it would operate one special bullet train decorated with lights on the night of March 14 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Kyushu Shinkansen Line s full-scale opening on this southwestern Japan island. The special 800 series shinkansen train will run from Kagoshima-Chuo Station in Kagoshima Prefecture to Hakata Station in Fukuoka Prefecture on the night of March 14 but with no passengers. The decorations on both outside and inside the Nagareboshi Shinkansen or Shooting Star Shinkansen will include people s wishes.
