Non-bank lenders would continue to see elevated levels of asset quality stress on their books, with the situation improving only in the next fiscal year, rating agency ICRA said on Tuesday. The agency added that bad loans could rise by as much as 50-100 basis points in the current fiscal. ICRA also noted that while growth will revive to 7-9% in the current fiscal year it will remain considerably below past trends due to elevated levels of credit cost.
