Makati City, Phillippines (Antara/Business Wire)- Monde Nissin Corporation (“Monde Nissin”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Common Shares (the “Offer”). Monde Nissin plans to issue up to 3,600,000,000 shares, at a price of up to Php17.50 per share. A maximum amount of gross proceeds of Php63 billion may be expected from the Offer, excluding proceeds from the exercise of an over-allotment option of up to 15% of the 3,600,000,000 offer shares.
