After the Huron County farmers markets were delayed or canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent restrictions, organizers are planning to go ahead as planned this year.
The markets in the county will start in late May and all feature safety precautions in place for vendors and customers. Organizers the Tribune spoke to for this story said that despite the delayed opening of last year, the markets were still successful and they hope the same will be the case this year.
