Nicholas Walton has worked with both Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay during his career.
Although the kitchen won t open along with the pub on Monday, when they can officially let customers indoors, the new owners are looking forward to offering an array of meals to diners.
Alongside the traditional dishes like fish and chips, chef Nicholas will be cooking up a rotation of dishes on their new seasonal menu.
