STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Linda Torres, 67, “Mob Wives” actress and school bus driver, died Thursday after suffering complications related to coronavirus (COVID-19).
As a close friend of the late Angela “Big Ang” Raiola, she had several cameo appearances on the VH1 reality series “Mob Wives.”
“She was so close to my sister that when she went on ‘Mob Wives,’ Linda was the first one she took with her,” said Janine Detore, Big Ang’s sister.
But in addition to her appearances on the show, the South Shore resident was well known on Staten Island for her job as a bus driver for Island Charter, where she drove developmentally disabled kids to school for more than 20 years, said Detore.
