One-day camp to help those on a musical journey
Nothing says summer like the talk of camp.
This summer, on May 15, Banjo Bens General Store will be hosting a one-day camp called Banjo Bens Cabin Camp.
The camp is open to all music lovers and instrument players. It is a beginner camp, meaning the instructors will start out with the basics needed to continue a musical journey at home.
In preparation, Ben Clark, owner of Banjo Bens General Store, will send tunes and tips to get campers prepared for the Day Camp.
A series of emails will be sent to prepare a couple of songs and instructions on playing solo rhythms.

Doug Foxx
Wayne County 4-H will offer two summer camp opportunities – Cloverbud Day Camp and Junior Camp – both following recommended and required COVID-safety protocols developed by the CDC, Ohio Department of Health and The Ohio State University.
Both camps are open to all youth in Wayne County even if they’re not a current member of 4-H, however, priority registration will be given to 4-H members through June 1.
This year the camp counselors have selected County Fair Camp as the theme for both camps.
