In January and again on April 3, vandalism and stickers promoting the Patriot Front, a known white nationalist hate group, were found on multiple campuses in the Tri-State.
At NKU, the Norse Commons rock, a symbol of the student body often decorated by students, was vandalized with spray paint. HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (FOX19) - NKU officials said university police will increase patrols and surveillance coverage around the rock and other key areas on campus after graffiti from the white supremacist group Patriot Front was found on the campus over the weekend.
This is the second time this year this vandalism has shown up on NKUâs campus; the same images were seen in January.
Both times, a rock behind Norse Commons was vandalized with white supremacist graffiti.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. â Graffiti and stickers from the Patriot Front, a known white nationalist hate group, were found Saturday on the campus of Northern Kentucky University. This is the second instance of hate speech being espoused on campus property since January.
