Inmate dies at federal prison in Victorville after altercation, officials say An inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Victorville died after an altercation broke out Thursday. David King, 69, was found unresponsive and was later pronounced dead by emergency personnel, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
