SC disposes plea seeking NIA probe into West Bengal MLA s murder ANI | Updated: Feb 08, 2021 15:08 IST New Delhi [India], February 8 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday disposed of the petition seeking direction for an NIA (National Investigation Agency) probe into the alleged murder of 65-year-old, West BengalMLA, Debendra Nath Roy. A bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan, recorded the submissions made by lawyer Shashank Shekhar Jha, and other parties, disposed of the petition filed by him, and said, if the petitioner wants, then he may approach the concerned state High Court to seek relief in the case.
