Record-setting Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth $2M sold in Hudson County

The winning ticket for the largest-ever Jersey Cash 5 jackpot, worth more than $2 million, was sold at a Hudson County gas station store, lottery officials announced.
The ticket was sold at N & A Services Inc., located at 1054 Broadway in Bayonne for the Saturday, Jan. 23, drawing. The winning numbers were 05, 16, 18, 21, and 29 and the XTRA number was 02.
This is a record-setting Jersey Cash 5 jackpot, blowing past the previous record of $1.96 million in 2013. The largest jackpot won in 2020 was $1.86 million.
The odds of a $1 ticket hitting the jackpot are 1,221,759 to 1.
Sunday’s top prize rolls back to an estimated $100,000.
