(“Fox”) on remand and cancelled the challenged claims of SRAM LLC’s (“SRAM”) U.S. Patent No. 9,182,027 (the ’027 Patent), directed towards anchoring a bicycle’s drive chain and preventing its disengagement from the chainring. Fox Factory, 944 F.3d at 1378.  The Federal Circuit remanded on the issue of “reevaluat[ing] the import of the evidence of secondary considerations with the burden of proving nexus placed on the correct party.” (Decision at 8).
