/MONTSAME/ There is a necessity to make census of argali or wild sheep,
ibex, red deer, taimen, blacktailed
gazelle and Khulan or wild ass, which are highly affected by hunting despite of their inclusion in rare species list of Mongolia, and raise their population.
First
of all, special attention should be attached on defining population of wild
sheep and ibex, take them under protection and give attention on their proper
use. Also the governmental regulation on granting permit to
catch and hunt rare species should be changed in line with current demand, noted P.Tsogtsaikhan, Head
